Food – Please bring your dog’s food in a labelled container, along with clear instructions if they have a specific feeding routine.

Collar, lead, and harness – We have spares, but if your dog has a preferred set, feel free to bring it.

Any medication – Clearly label with dosage and timing. We’re happy to administer it as instructed.

A bed or blanket – Something that smells like home can help your dog settle, especially during overnight stays.

  • Absolutely. With your permission, we’ll share photos and videos of your dog’s adventures on our social media. Prefer something more private? We can send you direct updates instead — whatever suits you best.

  • Every dog starts with a Meet & Greet and Trial Session so we can see how they settle in.

If your pup is more comfortable flying solo or needs a bit more space, we’ll always be honest and work with you to find the best care option for them.

  • Easy! Just head over to our contact page to book your free Meet & Greet. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable — and we’ll always do our best to be flexible and fair. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

    Dog Walking & Daycare

24 hours’ notice or more: No charge at all — just let us know when you'd like to rebook.

Less than 24 hours: We may include the session in your invoice, especially if we’ve planned the route or turned others away — but we’ll always be understanding if something unexpected comes up.

No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations: These may be fully chargeable to help keep things fair for everyone.

    Home Boarding

More than 5 days before the stay: No charge.

Less than 5 days: A small fee may be added to your invoice to cover the reserved space.

Within 48 hours: We may need to charge the full amount — but if we can fill the space, we’ll waive or reduce the fee where possible.

  • To keep all dogs safe and happy:
✔ Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea & worm treatment
✔ Let us know about any medical conditions or behavioural needs in advance
✔ We are fully insured and licensed to care for dogs in our home
